It is the goal of JRoss to make safety our top priority. Our commitment to ensuring the safety of our staff, clients and the public is paramount in all day-to-day operations. JRoss implemented a private safety audited Health and Safety Policy in 2012. Since 2017, we have been COR certified through the Winnipeg Construction Association and Safe Work Manitoba. Our team from directors to labourers adheres to and promotes this safety plan. We operate with 5 Million-Dollar Liability Insurance and follow all guidelines set out by “ The Worker’s Compensation Board of Manitoba” and “The Manitoba Labour Board”.
